Redefining Our Milestones
We are three months in and the Digital Commuter Strategy team has had quite a journey so far. We've regrouped around the project, redefined our milestones, and have a goal to complete our first milestone at the end of this month!

Here's a look at our new milestones:

  1. Discovery: Identify the problem statement
Our first milestone is all about research and discovery. We are pulling together a bunch of information all about commuting in New York. By the end of this phase, we will be subject matter experts, and have a clearly defined problem to solve with a digital solution.
  2. Define: Concept development
Every problem has multiple solutions. Our team will enter into a process of iterative idea refinement until we're certain we have an idea and a product that can really make a difference for the NYC commuter.
  3. Design: Create a product or prototype
We don't just dream up solutions, we create them. Here we enter into the design and creation phase of our project. We'll create wireframes and visual designs as we start making our ideas real. At the end of this phase, we'll have a prototype of our solution, or full product ready for testing!
  4. Deliver: Test and launch our product
We'll test our product, not just to make sure it works and catch any bugs, but to also see how well it fulfills it's purpose and what the user experience is like.

Adjacent To One

Digital Commuter Strategy Our big idea is to use digital technology to improve and streamline the end-to-end experience of New York City's public transportation system. We're on the hunt for a mom who is as passionate as we are about innovation in public transportation.
